We would like to introduce you to our TREATMENT FEES. If you have orthodontic coverage as part of your dental insurance plan, we will file all claim forms for you, and will accept payment directly from your insurance company. The dollar amount of your insurance benefit will be deducted immediately from your total cost of our fee for treatment. We can easily establish a customized payment plan for you to pay the balance of the treatment fee after your insurance payment amount has been deducted. We also, can establish a customized treatment plan for you if you do not have orthodontic coverage. There is never any interest charge associated with our plans. It is our intent to establish a customized payment plan that best fits your needs.
Your initial appointment can be just a clinical oral/facial exam to determine if there is a need for orthodontic treatment. Dr. Cannon will discuss with you the problems he observed during the oral/facial exam. If it is determined that orthodontic treatment is needed you can choose to set up another appointment to start treatment or you can start treatment immediately. If you choose to set up another appointment there is no charge for the initial appointment. A series of photos and x-rays will be taken so that Dr. Cannon can fully evaluate the problems observed during the oral/facial exam, and also, to establish if there are other problems that relate to the bony structures and to establish the most appropriate treatment approach. There is never a charge for the Records Appointment or Consultation Appointment. The charges begin only when treatment begins.
Our standard fee for treatment for patients under 21 years old ranges from $2,250.00 to $4,400.00.
In some cases that have skeletal problems that require appliances other than standard braces the fee for treatment could be increased. If this should be the case Dr. Cannon will full explain their function and need before starting treatment. Fees for patients older than 21 years of age will be determined according to the severity of the case. If you have questions feel free to contact us at 706-778-0553
